I am starting a post to help you stay healthy. Here is a fun fact for tacos, if you replace the shell with lettuce it will put more healthy food on your plate. There aren't a lot of good ingredients in regular shells which is why the shell is not healthy. So
try it and see if you think it is as good as it is healthy!
